American Yuncheng Gravure Cylinder, Inc. (AYCGC) is a subsidiary of Yuncheng Plate Making, the world's largest manufacturer of gravure pinting cylinders. In 2007, AYCGC established an operation in Spartanburg, South Carolina.        This state-of-the-art facility manufactures engraved printing cylinders for the packaging and decorative finishing industries. AYCGC industry experience is demonstrated through 25 years of success in Asia, Europe and Mexico. These operations utilize advanced prepress techniques and engraving technology to produce a distinctive, high quality finished product. Additionally, AYCGC's industry knowledge gives them a competitive advantage which they pass onto their customers in the form of quality, pricing and responsible manufacturing.

Advanced Engraving Technology    In order to meet marketplace demands AYCGC offers TranScribe® micro-cell engraving technology, by Daetwyler, for fine line work and superior letter quality. Fine text and line work is significantly improved by the TranScribe®. Unlike general gravure systems, saw tooth edges and transitions are no longer noticeable by the eye.

Machining Department    AYCGC takes great pride in their steel base cylinder manufacturing, which utilizes advanced computer numerical control (CNC) machining equipments and world-class

technicians to guarantee quality control.
